This is the mailing and principal address declared in the Wyoming documentation. It is not presented as an office open to the public or as evidence of a physical operating establishment.

We use one address for inquiries and privacy: info@auxiq.io.

What information we receive

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and information you choose to include, such as your name, company, or phone number. You do not need to send sensitive information or unnecessary information about other people.

The infrastructure serving the website also processes technical connection information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver pages and protect the service.

This version has no public form, online purchasing, or payments. Email links open your app; they do not send a message automatically. If you do not provide a way to reply, we may be unable to address your inquiry.

Why we use information and the legal basis

We use the information needed to reply, understand what you need, and handle the next steps you request.

Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies:

• If you request a proposal or service for yourself, the basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
• For general inquiries or inquiries on behalf of a company, the basis is legitimate interests: our reasonable need to reply and maintain a professional relationship, provided your rights do not override those interests.
• To protect the service, we rely on our legitimate interest in maintaining security. Where a law requires us to retain or disclose information, we comply with that obligation.

An inquiry does not mean you agree to advertising campaigns. We will not treat the fact that you emailed us as permission to send them.

Who can access information and which providers are involved

Routine access to the mailbox is limited to company management.

Hostinger provides website hosting and the main email service. Company management reads messages directly in Hostinger. Messages are also retrieved in Gmail, a Google service, through POP3: a way to collect email from another service. Google therefore also processes those messages.

Providers needed for email, hosting, and security may process information when delivering those services. CRM, analytics, and commercial automation services are not included by default in this edition.

We may also disclose information when required by applicable law.

Locations and international transfers

Aux IQ LLC is based in the United States. The confirmed hosting and backup locations for this website are also in the United States.

These hosting locations do not determine where Hostinger or Google processes email.

Where providers process information depends on the contracted service. Where the GDPR applies and an operation requires an international transfer mechanism, the valid mechanism and how to obtain information about its safeguards must be identified. We do not assume that every US provider has a particular certification or safeguard.

How long we keep inquiries

Inquiries that do not lead to a service agreement will be kept for up to 12 months after the last meaningful interaction. They will then be deleted or anonymized unless a legal obligation or handling a claim justifies keeping the necessary information longer.

If a service agreement follows, information about retention for that relationship will be provided. The 12-month period is not presented as the retention period for technical logs or providers’ backup cycles.

Your rights

You can email info@auxiq.io to request access to your information, correct it, ask for deletion, or exercise other applicable rights. Depending on the law and circumstances, you may also restrict its use, object, receive it in a transferable format, or withdraw consent you have given. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful use.

We may request the minimum information needed to verify your identity. Where the GDPR applies, we will respond within one month. If a legal extension applies, we will explain the reason within that period.

You can complain to the competent data protection authority, such as the AEPD where appropriate in Spain. A data protection authority is not a court, and this reference does not establish a court venue.
